We had such a great experience! 🍣 My kids and I had so much fun choosing different dishes as they came around, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The food was fresh, tasty, and the whole experience was fun and interactive for the kids. Definitely a great place for a family meal, and we’ll be back!

The food was good, the service was great, and the atmosphere was amazing. We really liked the restaurant overall. However, we ordered several specialty rolls, and there were two that we simply didn’t like, so we didn’t finish them. We were surprised to find out that we would be charged $1 per piece of uneaten sushi and were told we had to take it home. Our server did mention the policy about food waste beforehand, which we completely understand, but they never explained that it would be $1 for every piece left over. We ended up taking the sushi home only because we had to, and then threw it away because we genuinely didn’t like it. I completely understand having a policy to prevent people from ordering excessive amounts of food and wasting it, but when you advertise “all you can eat,” customers should be able to try different rolls without being penalized because they happen to dislike one. At the very least, the $1-per-piece charge should be clearly explained before ordering. We really did enjoy the food we liked, the service, and the atmosphere, which makes this even more disappointing. Unfortunately, because of this policy and how it was handled, I don’t think we’ll be coming

🍣🚂 Shinjuku Station Revolving Sushi Bar — SUCH a fun experience! 🚂🍣 We finally tried Shinjuku Station Revolving Sushi Bar, and we will definitely be back! 🤤 We started our experience by ordering drinks and grabbing a few different pieces of sushi right off the conveyor belt. Everything we tried was delicious! 🍣 Then Abi came over and explained how everything worked, and she was absolutely excellent! ❤️ She made sure we knew how to order and helped make our first experience there so easy. For our main dishes, we ordered everything from the screen at our table. Then came the BEST part… 🚂 We patiently waited, and before long, the little train arrived at our table carrying the dishes we ordered! Our son absolutely LOVED this part. 😂❤️ It made dinner so much more than just going out to eat — it was an experience for him! 💰 Pricing: 🍣 Adults: $30.99 each 🍣 Children: $16.99 each 🥤 Drinks are an additional charge. Between the revolving sushi belt, ordering from the screen, and having our food delivered by the little train, this was such a fun family dinner experience! Amazing experience! Such a unique dining experience. The food was amazing and our waitress Bri was so attentive with it being so busy. Favorite rolls were Coconut Shrimp Roll and the Super Star Roll. You have to try it! 🏡 Atmosphere: Looks like you’re in a subway inside. 🛎️ Service: Our waitress Bri was so helpful and friendly.

Yohan was an amazing server! He was super friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Because it was busy, there were some long waits for our food, but Yohan continuously checked up on me and our orders. There’s also this game on the screen and we were struggling, but he helped us win, so we got a free Japanese soda!!! His positive attitude and great service made our experience even better. Definitely ask for Yohan if you come here, we’ll be back!
